These terms are the rules for using Leleka. By using the site you accept them. They are short on purpose; if anything is unclear, write to privacy@flyleleka.com.

Who runs Leleka

Leleka is run by a private person in Poland. You can reach us at privacy@flyleleka.com.

What Leleka does

Leleka is a free search for short trips by plane. It shows flights, prices and trip ideas, and links you to the airline or booking site where you can buy a ticket. To use it you need a current web browser with JavaScript and cookies turned on.

We do not sell tickets, take payments or make bookings. When you buy a ticket, you do it on someone else's site, under that site's own terms. Your contract is with them, not with us.

Prices and information

  • Prices and schedules come from airlines and other public sources, collected at a certain moment. They can change or be out of date by the time you look. Always check the price and times on the airline's site before you buy.
  • Travel times to and from airports are estimates. Weather marks show what is usual for the season, not a forecast.
  • AI search turns your words into search filters. It can misread you, so look at the filters it sets.

We work to keep the information correct, but we cannot promise it always is.

Your account

You do not need an account to search. An account is free; it keeps your saved trips and sends price alerts. You need an email address you can read to sign in.

You can delete your account at any time in the account menu. We may close an account that is used to break these rules.

Fair use

Please do not:

  • collect data from the site with scripts or robots, or send it so many requests that it slows down for others;
  • try to get around limits, break into the site or its accounts;
  • use the site, or the trip links you share, for anything unlawful.

We may limit or block access that does this.

Shared trips

A trip you share gets a public link. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people you want to see it.

Our responsibility

Leleka is free and is provided as it is. We may change it, pause it or stop it at any time.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the information on the site — for example a price that changed, a flight that was cancelled, or a trip that went differently than planned. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not let us limit, or your rights as a consumer.

Complaints

If something does not work or you think we did something wrong, write to privacy@flyleleka.com and describe what happened. We will answer within 14 days.

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top; if a change matters to account holders, we will email them first. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the law of your own country gives you.
